YASU was the single greatest sushi experience of my entire life. The intimate setting allowed me to share my sake with all the other customers. Accompanying drinks were an off-dry clear sake ordered by Jay and a sweet unfiltered sake by myself, of course. In a global world where borders are becoming seamless, we can now have access to the freshest seafood like what we have in Japan.
